Unified Technologies provides technical support, start-up and training for operators as well as maintenance personal. We stock a full range of parts for our shot blast equipment, including: blastwheel blades, impellers, control cages, and blastwheel armor. Key blastwheel factors are:

1. Blastwheel amperage must ALWAYS be near the motor full load amperage(FLA) during the actual blasting process.
2. The media circulation system MUST be in good working order. This includes the bucket elevator, which brings enough media to the airwash separator. The airwash separator removes broken media and debris from the good clean media. The duct work and dust collector is pulling ALL the dirty air into the filters.
