Flex-Shot is a metallurgically enhanced, UltraSoft steel shot developed for use in shot blasting applications where no damage or change to the surface can be tolerated. Flex-Shot is soft averaging only 3.25 on the MOHS scale, which is approximately 15Rc. Specifically designed for non-destructive shot blast cleaning applications, such as: tooling, molds, dies, intricate detail work, threads, polished or machined surfaces. Among the softest blasting media on the market! No abrasion, no metal removal or dimensional changes, and no wear on shot blast equipment. Flex-Shot in non-hazardous and recyclable, lasting between 6,000 to 7,000 cycles. Flex-Shot outlasts any other blasting media by thousands of cycles!
